Please help us help this family…

This family of 7 has been trying to find stable and secure housing for the past 3 years. They have done everything they can to seek assistance within the agencies in Frederick County, but sadly no help has been available. Currently, 2 of the young ladies will be due to give birth soon, as well as there being a 7-year-old little boy with them as well. There are 2 working males in the family, but the income they receive is barely sustaining them to try to keep from living outside. Recently, the family had to dwell in tents located in a parking lot off of Urbana Pike. They were secure there for almost 2 weeks when they were asked to leave due to it being private property. A wonderful group of local neighbors got together during their time outside and came bearing gifts to help the family survive the cold mornings and nights. Our wonderful Frederick County Sheriff’s Department came out several times to check on them, as well as the Frederick County Health Department. Very grateful they care for the community.

But now we are trying to get them off the streets and into a home. We are asking for the community's help to reach this goal. Anything helps, no matter the amount.
