Help Eutonia (Toni) with her Liver Transplant

In 2014, Eutonia (Toni) was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver tied to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). This disease is life threatening and irreversible without a liver transplant

After battling this condition for the last several years with a declining quality of life, she received approval to get on a liver transplant list and receive a live liver transplant from a loved one.

While this is great news - there are significant costs associated with the procedure, of which insurance will only cover a portion. These surgeries are only performed at several hospitals around the country and Toni & several family members will need to travel to UPMC in Pittsburgh from Oklahoma in order to complete the surgery, including a post-op recovery period before her and her donor are cleared to return to Oklahoma. Toni & her family have explored grants and other financial aid opportunities to help with this expense.
