Hello, My name is William Shelton, and i am trying to buy my first car. I'm 29 years old and finally trying to get my drivers license. When i was younger i couldn't afford to go to driving school and as i got older i was lucky enough to live in a city with a fairly decent public transit system. That served me pretty well...until i decided i wanted to do more with my life. I graduated from Gonzaga University back in 2019, and since then i have lost at least three different jobs due to not being able to drive.

At the moment i will be going back to working full time at my current job once i finish driving classes. I am lucky enough that with this job i am able to save up some money, just not enough fast enough to really make buying a car any time soon a reality. That's why i'm asking for your help. A decent used car in my area can run between $2-4 thousand dollars. That's at least 5-10 months of saving what i can while being able to pay my other bills as well. If i could get a jump start on that cost, it would be a life changer for me.

Any money this fundraiser manages to pull in will go either strait to buying the car itself, any needed repairs or other services (i.e. insurance and the like).
