The time has finally come for me to get a double mastectomy the first week of October (yayyy). But, we all live in hell together, so I don’t need to tell y’all how bad healthcare access is in this country, especially trans healthcare (boo). Although I’m incredibly privileged to be able to access the care I need, it isn’t without its cost.

So, I’m making a GFM in order to cover the cost of surgery that insurance won’t cover (2k *if* financial assistance is approved), as well as, post-op care / recovery necessities / medical supplies / pet-care assistance / etc.

So I’m calling on my community members with means, to help a bitch get through this without going into even more debt (thank you crippling law school debt). All donations are incredibly appreciated & I’ll be paying back every cent to our criminal-system-impacted community members once I’m fully recovered a few weeks post-op.
