Father of 2 Taken Too Soon

Hi, my name is Jake. I have an amazing family including my Wife, 4 yr old son  & 7month old  baby boy.  I started having back pain about september 2014 due to compression fractures. Little did I know my cancer has returned and tumors in my spine has cause these fractures. They have done testing and have since found it has spread to my lungs, hips, leg, sholders and jaw. And more....

I have been on medical leave since March with no funding other than selling our personal belongings. All the money raised has been an amazing help and we still have many unpaid bills and car repairs.
