Hello my name is Stephanie and my daughter Jazmin Perez-Young who is 16 years old and a student at Lexington High School was diagnosed recently with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. We live in Lexington, NE and the closest hospital for her treatment is 3.5 hours away in Omaha, NE at Children's Hospital.
I am asking for help with traveling expenses and help with bills as I am not able to work because I will need to be taking care of her and we will have a lot of doctor appointments and Chemotherapy. We will have to come to Omaha once or twice a week for treatments and Dr visits.
