Support the Martinez family in their time of need

Hello, my name is Esmeralda, with the permission of family, I'm starting this GoFundMe account for a close friend of my daughter and ours who unfortunately was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident with a drunk driver. Jasmine and her sister were on their way to pick up their brother from a mission trip when a drunk driver failed to stop at a stop sign and struck their vehicle. Everyone involved in the accident is doing well with minor to no injury. Jasmine however was in the passenger seat where the other vehicle struck causing her to be ejected from the vehicle. She suffered multiple injuries and fractures to her pelvic area and ankle. She will have to remain in a WC for approximately 3 month and is scheduled for surgery to her ankle next week. Everyone who knows Jasmine knows she's a very sweet, humble, kind hearted, cheerful person. She is an 18 year old senior in High School and maintains straight A's. The day of the accident Jasmine had planned to attend Senior prom with my daughter and their friends which unfortunately she wasn't able to but we remain extremely blessed and grateful that by the grace of God Jasmine is recovering well. However this financial burden has really taken a toll on the family. Any money donated will be used to secure and assist Jasmine and the family with any medical expenses, medical supplies, and bills due to having to be off work.
