On September 4, 2025, my dear friend Jazmin Ochoa and her dog Watson were attacked by a stray dog at a local park. Watson suffered life-threatening injuries and is fighting to recover. In trying to protect him, Jazmin’s hand was badly mauled, and she now faces treatment for her injuries and follow-up care.

Jazmin is the kind of person who shows up for everyone—neighbors, friends, and animals in need. Today, she and Watson need us. Your gift—of any amount—will go directly toward:

Emergency vet surgery and hospitalization for Watson

Medications, wound care, and follow-up visits for both of them

Jazmin’s hand treatment, therapy, and recovery costs.

Please donate if you’re able, and share this page widely so we can reach more hearts. Updates, photos, and receipts will be posted here so you can follow their progress. Thank you for helping Jazmin and Watson heal without the fear of mounting bills during this difficult time.

With gratitude,

Johnny
