Hi, my name is Glorietel and I’m fundraising for Maria Vega’s daughter Jazmin Vega.

Maria Vega is a beloved member of SwiftCare and we want to help her in this tragic situation.

The sudden loss of Jazmin Vega is a tragedy for the many that loved her.

Jazmin passed away September 7 at 1:45 pm from cardiac arrest, unfortunately there is no explanation as to why but she is with God now, she was loved & blessed and will be missed by all. Your support in this difficult situation will be most appreciated.

Wake/Viewing will be Thursday September 14th from 4:00 to 8:00pm.
