Jayvier's Journey

This bio was written by Jayvier's mother Brandy: 
         Family, friends and even strangers......as some of you may know my son was recently shot in the head. The first day the doctors said he wasn't going to survive his injuries' and to prepare myself. I wasn't having that, I knew God had the final say if my son lives or dies so I buckled down and prayed. I ask all of you to pray with me and you did. He made it and everyday he is fighting. His recovery is going to be long and he will be going to St. Louis for rehabilitation, this is due to him being a pediatric patient that still needs the assistance of a respirator. 
        I'm not sure how long I'm going to be there but I need to be there with my son. If you know me personally, you know I'm not practicing as a RN anymore due to being on dialysis and raising my 4 children. I'm on a fixed income barely making ends meet at times. Everyone is asking "how can I help", if you want to help and are able too I appreciate all donations made. These donations will help with travel expenses to get back and forth to St. Louis and to help maintain my children while I'm gone.
