Hello everyone,
We are asking for support to put my nephew, Jay, to rest. Jay was a 16 year old boy who suffered from Juvenile Huntington’s Disease. Huntington’s Disease is a neurological disease which causes your brain to forget how to tell your body to function. The younger an individual is showing signs of onset, the more aggressive the disease is on your body. Unfortunately, Jay started showing signs of the disease at age 5. 

We had to say goodbye to Jay on 12/3/2020. His body has been through so much and has finally decided he needed to rest. Jay was surrounded by family and home healthcare nurses who have developed meaningful relationships with our family and Jay. 

Our family has done an amazing job fundraising for anything that might be needed for Jay that wasn’t provided from healthcare and dedicated nurses and doctors that were on Jay’s team. Our family would appreciate any type of contribution or kind words that can be sent our way. We appreciate the tremendous love and support that we have already been given and give our love and thanks in advance!
