This GoFundMe campaign has been created in hopes of gathering some support for the family of Jays Yo.
As some of you may already know, Jays suffered from a cardiac arrest about a month ago, and had been hospitalized since then. Medical professionals were able to revive him from his initial arrest, and after lying in a coma for some time, he had woken up and seemed to be on his way to a slow recovery. We were ecstatic, and saw hope on the horizon.
However, while recuperating and going through various therapies aimed at recovering full functionality, on Saturday, November 21st, Jays suffered four back-to-back cardiac arrests. He was resuscitated the first three times, but was unable to make it back after the fourth time.
He had just turned 40 on November 4th.
If you knew Jays well enough, I'm sure you would agree that he was a dedicated family man who would stop at nothing to make sure that his three children, Joshua, Elizabeth, and Selene, were being provided for...
But no one saw this coming.
Jays' children have not only lost their father, but also their primary means of support. It will likely take months for his financial affairs to be settled, and in that time, the kids and their mother (who is blind) will have very little income to rely on.
Any help that can be given will be greatly appreciated, and every cent will go directly to Jays' family.
Rest in peace, Jays. We love you, man.
