Hello Jay's friends and family,

As many of you know already Jay was diagnosed with Cancer at the beginning of 2021. After undergoing and recovering from a surgical procedure to remove a cancerous tumor, Jay was informed that his Cancer had spread and would require chemotherapy. Starting in April, he will be going through chemo for the next three months. We are making this GoFundMe for anyone who wishes to help out in any way with medical bills/expenses. Any type of support whether it is financial or through prayer, is truly appreciated. Many of us are in shock because it was something so unexpected but all we can do is push forward, stay positive, and continue to fight alongside Jay. Thank you all in advance.
