Jay's Journey: Hospice Care Support

Back in August of 2020, Jay's kidneys failed at the age of 35. He has been on dialysis since. He was never eligible to get on the transplant list due to other health conditions that developed. In March of 2025, he had a massive stroke, along with an infection in his heart. He recovered, but in the middle of April, he had a medical setback. On April 28, 2025, Jay was sent home on hospice care. We are a one-income household, with 4 boys here ranging from 17 to 7. Hospice covers some things but not the things he is currently wanting to keep him happy during his last days. He is no longer on the renal diet, so anything he asks for, he is getting. But I am still trying to pay all the bills. So anything does help ❤️ Thank you!
