Jayne Anderson Battling Serious Brain Infection
Donation protected
On Easter Weekend of 2022, Jayne was thrown into a narrative that none would want to face. It was apparent that something was wrong with Jayne physically. After numerous tests and stays in the hospital, it was determined that Jayne has a rare brain infection called Progression Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML). This was a devastating diagnosis for Jayne and her wife, Nancy. Time is of the essence because PML is a disease that attacks the brain.
Jayne was born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, a salt-of-the-earth type of gal who has worked very hard as a truck driver. We all know that the truck drivers of this country keep our economy going and provide everything we need, from food to clothing and household needs. Jayne and other truckers like her work long, hard days to all enjoy our way of life. Jayne is now facing her time of need as she faces this life-threatening crisis.
This condition is scarce, and the only treatment is at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Without this treatment, she will decline rapidly.
Jayne and her wife are heading to Houston to begin treatment. Medical expenses were accepted by their insurance provider, but they currently need support for payments, including travel, lodging, meals, and monthly bills. With the inability to work, the bills are adding up, and all help is greatly appreciated.
Love will always find a way!
