Jaymie Tank's memorial fundraiser for severely injured carer

On the 21st of April 2024, Jaymie Tank and his carer Jason were hit by a car in Heswall.

Jaymie, our amazing son and brother, sadly passed away in the company of his parents at Aintree Hospital. This was after an amazing effort by the emergency services to bring him and Jason to safety.

Jason thankfully survived; however, he was severely injured and had a leg amputation above the knee. We have created this fundraiser in Jaymie's memory to support Jason during this incredibly challenging time. Jason cared for Jaymie for 10 years and has become part of the family. He was loving and considerate to Jaymie, and gave him fantastic care.

When reflecting on Jaymie's life, we would like to thank Jason for how much he cared for Jaymie up until the very end. We will support him in any way we can during his recovery.
