Hello Everyone!

My name is Janielle.  I have received the opportunity to travel to Zacapa, Guatemala for a short-term mission trip with Seacoast Grace Church.   Each year Seacoast Grace Church partners with  a local organization called Hope of Life that has been working in Guatemala for over 20 years. Hope of Life was started by a native Guatemalan by the name of Carlos Vargas who had a passion for helping his Guatemalan brothers and sisters out of poverty. With his vision, Hope of Life has touched thousands of lives across Guatemala and aided to the development of many poverty stricken areas.  For more information about Hope of Life, you may visit their website at www.hopeoflifeintl.org.  On this trip, I will be working in Hope of Life’s baby rescue center, orphanage, elderly home, feeding programs while spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.  

I am excited to be able to travel with the purpose of serving someone else's needs before my own.  The trip will take place in November for 7 days.  My goal is to raise $1,500 which will cover travel expenses, food, lodging, and transportation.  

I greatly appreciate any donation towards the funding of this trip.  I look forward to helping the lives of others that are truly in need of help, love, and support.
