Jayleen Amelie Martinez was born Dec 28, 2015. She was immediately taken in to Rady's hospital due to various cardiac problems... She had her first heart surgery 4 days after she was born and the recovery took 2 months hospitalized. She recently was admitted for congestion in her lungs which til this day has been really difficult due to her heart failure. I was recently updated by the doctors that Jayleen doesn't need her heart repaired, she needs a heart transplant because her heart is no good. It breaks my heart to know that my babygirl is going through all this, but im not losing hope i know my baby is a fighter. She is such a happy baby, always smiling and making my day much better when i see her smile at me. She has a full life ahead of her, and i know that my little Warrior will be such a strong person when she gets older. As a mother I am asking for a helping hand to help me with this journey that my family and I are about to start...anything is appreciated... May God Bless You All.... and thank you for your time....
