Jaye’s Top Surgery Fund

Hi! My name is Jaye, and I am fundraising for my top surgery on August 22, 2022! I am going to have to pay out of pocket for this, so I could use all the help, financially, that I can get.

This would be the next step in my transitioning to feel my most authentic self. I can start to feel truly at home in my body. This is a really big step for me, as I feel like I have been in a bit of a denial about being trans for so long. However, after having the chance to really explore my gender identity, having support from friends, family, and the community, I discovered that it’s okay to just be me, the real me. I will no longer hide who I truly am, and this is why I feel like this surgery is needed for me to be able to go out into the world and just be me.

Having the support of my community and friends would truly mean so much to me. I know things are tough right now, but whatever you can give would help immensely. If you’re not able to give, can you please share as many places as you can? You all are amazing!

2. The money I would be losing being out of work during recovery
