Support For Jayden's Family

In 2011 a little girl was born. Her mama named her Jayden Marie, and she was (and is) beautiful.
Sadly, Jayden was born with congenital heart disease; Jayden has four different abnormalities to her heart. Because of the severity of her condition, Jayden will require heart surgeries all her life. She had her first open heart surgery when she was just three days old.

At two years old, Jayden had a stent placed in her heart and then, in July of last year she had another open heart surgery, all of which she came through like the superhero she is. 

Jayden is a beautiful, strong little girl who loves to dance and sing and spend time with the people she loves.
In September, however, she developed endocarditis. Endocarditis is an infection of the endocardium, which is the inner lining of the heart chamber and valves. Left untreated endocarditis is 100% fatal. Jayden was admitted to the hospital September 24th, where she has remained with the exception of three brief days. In that time, she's lost so much weight that they've begun feeding her through a tube and she fights daily temperatures.

Still, Jayden fights on. She remains cheerful, kind, and thoughtful. She knows that her mom, Chandra, is on her side. Chandra is the single mother of three kids, and their sole provider. Every night, she sleeps at the hospital with Jayden, then goes to work, and comes back only to repeat the cycle. Chandra's work is very supportive, and allows Chandra to be late, to miss, or to leave in the middle of a shift so she can be with Jayden as much as possible. However, bills must be paid, so Chandra struggles on, trying to afford her base bills, along with the added expenses of food for herself and the extra gas money to drive to and from the hospital every day.

We are asking for help for Jayden's family to make their bills the next couple months while they go through this, and to ease the stress of the holidays quickly approaching. Thank you for your support!
