This is my granddaughter Jayden we just found out she has Rhabdomyosarcoma  cancer in her throat by her vocal cords. We have to go to Little Rock Monday so she can get a chemo port inserted, bone marrow testing, and a bone scan to see if the cancer has spread through her body. We are still waiting on genetic testing to come back to determine specific strain but they are going to get her started on treatment now. The first trip will be around 7 days and then be making trips back and forth until she is able to continue her treatment at children’s in Springdale. She is looking at a minimum of 22 weeks of chemo and radiation with possibility of close to a year. Anything is greatly appreciated along with many prayers. She is the sweetest, most kind hearted little girl and has a very positive outlook on the situation.
