Hello, my name is Douglas, and I have created this fundraiser for my nephew Jayden and my mother. 

On December 9th, 2022, my mother picked up my nephews from Oxnard St. Elementary School in North Hollywood.  While the four of them (ages 4,6,8 and 51) were crossing the street on a marked crosswalk in front of a school, they were hit by a car.  Unfortunately, my 8-year-old nephew did not survive the impact.  My mother and nephews have many injuries, and I’m trying to help with them bills plus the funeral cost for my nephew Jayden. We are grateful for any help you are able to provide.  Your kindness and generosity to help us move forward is appreciated.
