I’m not even sure how to begin this post. I am overwhelmed with so many emotions. Jaycees horse reared over on top of her and then stepped on the side of her face. She was transported to Park City hospital where they found a small bleed in her brain. She was then transported to Primary Children’s hospital. I have so much to say but I want everyone to know that she will be ok. I most of all want to say THANK YOU to our rodeo family. Those that I know personally and those that jumped in and helped where needed. I cannot begin to express the love and care that we felt during our biggest nightmare. There were men there that with no words spoken knelt to give her a blessing with Eric. We had so many ask what they could do to help with the horses, truck and trailer. I didn’t even know the majority of them. I wish I could thank each one of them individually but I wouldn’t even know where to begin. Just know I am grateful for the sport of rodeo, for the lessons it teaches and the camaraderie that is there when it is needed most. Thank you for all of the texts, phone calls and prayers in my baby girls behalf.
