In Loving Memory of Jay Patel

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our cherished colleague, and a friend, Jay Patel. He was a vital team member while working at Memorial Care, CHOC and UCI Medical Center, leaving an indelible mark on everyone who knew him.

Jay embodied a positive outlook and positive impression, both personally and professionally. He excelled as a leader, consistently going the extra mile to support others.

Jay left behind two young kids and extended family. He was dedicated to everyone around him, whether it was at home or in the office.

In an effort to ease the financial burden on Jay’s family during this difficult time, we have established this GoFundMe campaign. Any contributions, big or small, will be sent to his wife, Nisha, and will be used to support his family.

We understand that this is a challenging time for everyone who knew and loved Jay Patel. Together, we can honor Jay’s memory by supporting his family through this hardship.
