Hi, my names Claire and I’m waiting to help raise some much needed funds for your local postman Jay.

Jay has unfortunately been extremely poorly he after contracted sepsis.

Jay is in Papworth hospital after needing to have open heart surgery to replace valves and cut out the sepsis part of his damaged heart.

Jays family are struggling financially to afford to stay in Cambridgeshire to be with Jay at this horrific time.
