Hello Everyone my name is Sarah and I am reaching out asking for your help for my neice and nephews. Today my brother in law had a heart attack and was taken to the hospital. When he was in the hospital at first he was put on life support, then he was moved to a ventilator and the only thing keeping his blood pressure up was medication, they said if he coded again he wouldn't make it. They got him stable for awhile and then he coded a couple hours ago and he didnt make it. He left behind 3 kids. Two sons 22,19 and daughter 11 to deal with keeping their home, paying the household bills on their own. They also need to pay for funeral expenses. Matthew was the income earner in the household and two older boys work but they don't make enough to manage all of this on their own they really could use the help. I know times are tough for everyone and money is tight but every penny helps.
