Help Jay Lee Get the Medical Equipment He Desperately Needs
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
I’m reaching out today with a hopeful spirit to ask for your support for someone very dear to me— Jay Lee.
Jay Lee is currently facing serious medical challenges that require specialized equipment to help improve his quality of life and ensure his safety and comfort.
Jay Lee has been struggling in his recovery from brain surgery, suffering various complications that have resulted in additional surgeries and multiple hospitalizations. An auto-immune disease (Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy [CIDP]) and difficulty eating have set additional obstacles to be overcome. Despite the pain and limitations faced daily; both, Jay and Stacey, continue to show incredible strength, resilience, and grace. But the truth is—they can’t do it alone.
A motorized wheelchair and powered lift chair are essential for Jay Lee’s mobility, independence, and overall well-being. Unfortunately, medical insurance is no help with this and the out-of-pocket costs are overwhelming.
We are hoping to raise at least $3000 to cover the cost of the powered wheelchair, a power lift chair, and other necessities. Every dollar donated will go directly toward giving Jay Lee the tools he and Stacey require.
If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this campaign with others. Your support—whether financial or simply spreading the word—means the world to us.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for being part of a community that believes in compassion, generosity, and hope.
With gratitude,
Mary Wensel
