Jay started playing soccer when he was 4 years old...and has loved every minute of the game since. He has excelled in skill, knowledge, sportsmanship and leadership on his beloved Liberty Common team. On November 9, 2022 at the CHSAA 3A SemiFinals Jay and another player had a head to head collision going in for a header. He lost consciousness and was rushed to a nearby trauma hospital.
Jay will require several weeks in the hospital, likely followed by many months of therapy.
While many things are still unknown, we do know that the LaMastra's will need a lot of support during this time. Your support and contributions will allow them to focus on Jay and his healing without also having to worry about financial hardship.
All funds will go directly to the LaMastra's.
