In loving memory of the most beautiful soul our beloved Jay Kirwan
who has sadly passed away shortly after his nan a couple of months back,  so this is set up to help ease the pressure of costs for his family...

 

This is a donation fundraiser on behalf of his mother and the rest of his family who has asked me to set this up,
so that everyone that ever spent time with Jay and share moments with him help donate toward the matter at hand,
being his funeral service and send off,
