I’m reaching out today with a very vulnerable ask for someone who means the world to me. As some of you already know, Jay has been diagnosed with prostate cancer awhile back. Until recently it has stayed the same and there hasn’t been a big urgency for treatment, but unfortunately that has changed in the last while.

After meeting with doctors and researching options, he has the opportunity to receive a specialized procedure called NanoKnife treatment in Toronto. He has plans to travel there on April 23, 2026. This treatment is extremely promising, but unfortunately it comes with a very large cost. The procedure alone is $25,000, not including travel and time away from work.

Anyone who knows him knows how kind, hardworking, and genuine he is. He has always been someone who helps others without hesitation, and now we’re hoping the community around him might be willing to help him during one of the hardest times of his life.

I am creating this GoFundMe to help cover the cost of the NanoKnife procedure and the travel required for treatment in Toronto. Every donation — no matter the size — brings him one step closer to getting the care he needs.
