Dear Friends,

Our sweet Jay suffered a series of heart attacks recently. He is critical but stable in the SCCU (Surgical Critical Care Unit), but facing a long road ahead with many procedures to get him on the road to recovery and healing. He will not be able to work for the foreseeable future. We have come together to raise money so Jay will not have to worry about finances or lost wages while he is recovering and literally getting back on his feet.

Jay is a Louisiana native, and has worked in the New Orleans film industry for over two decades. Whether you are family or know him from high school, college, work or even a neighbor Jay needs us and we would appreciate your consideration.
