Jay Cavaros Liver Transplant

He is now in stage 4 and is feeling the effects. He has lost transportation and needs to be able to get from Ladero to San Antonio for his appointments.

We would like to try and raise enough money for either a used vehicle or funds for a Greyhound to help him get to these important Doctor appointments.
