Hi,

My name is Kevin and I am fundraising for my friend Jay Bolan, as well as his mother. They are both in the ICU with COVID and are on ventilators fighting for their lives.

Jay's wife, Gaylyn, is a stay home mother, who raised their two amazing daughters and is now trying to deal with the emotional and painful circumstances of watching her loved ones fighting so hard to overcome this health crisis. She is having to deal with this pain while also recovering from COVID herself.

Gaylan does not work and has always relied on Jay, "her rock," to handle the financial responsibilities and other household challenges that occur in everyday life. This situation has created so much pain, stress, and anxiety for Gaylan. Not only is she worried about losing the love of her life, but she also has to take on the immediate responsibility of holding down the finances, and all other responsibilities, that are essential to maintain the stability of their household.

If you know Jay and Gaylan, you know they have been blessed to live in a household filled with so much love. They are both such big hearted and selfless people. Anyone who knows them can attest to this. A few years ago they opened up their home to Jay's mother who had lost her husband and was living alone. They have given so much to those around them and we are asking for your help to support them now.

For those who do not know Jay, he is a brilliant and talented musician who has been a recording artist, composer, and performer of music his whole life. He has positively impacted so many people through sharing his gift of music. He has inspired his family, friends, and created happiness and memories that will last a lifetime.
