Our best friend, Jay Blair, as you know, has had his consultation for his top surgery. If you know Jay, this is extremely important to him and his identity. He and Nicolle have to travel to New York City for his surgery. There will be travel expenses, in addition to the cost of the surgery. Insurance only covers a certain amount.
