Hi, my name is Monica Blaine, and I'm JK Blaine’s wife of what will be 21yrs this coming July. From this union, we have 5 beautiful children. Unfortunately, Jay suffered a severe hypertensive cardiac event on Tuesday May, 3rd, and has been in the CV-ICU ever since. The situation leaves him in a position with partial paralysis of his left leg and a necessary open-heart upcoming surgery.

As a result, our current household and medical obligations have been increasing exponentially and our household is in need of assistance from all that are able. He’s currently unable to work in his field of Production in the entertainment industry, with his most recent projects having been at TPS (Tyler Perry Studios) in Atlanta, GA. before his injury. Aside from this, our family’s means of transportation is currently inoperable just shortly before his hospitalization. Our prayers are for his status to be upgraded from the CV-ICU, yet we anticipate a long road of recovery ahead.

Any monetary assistance for Jay’s future medical expenses, or helping my family just get through our day-to-day would be greatly appreciated.
