Hi, my name is Pam Saldivar-Smith and I am doing a fund raiser in memory of my Best Friend, Jay Agustin.
We lost an amazing Man, Husband, Father, Papa, Brother, Uncle and Friend. Jay lit up the world with his smile, charm, humor and wit...not to mention that beautiful voice! His deep love and dedication to his Wife, Family and Friends will forever be remembered.
- In honor of Jay we would like to ask Family and Friends to contribute to a celebration of Jay, "Commemorative Plaque" that will be placed on a table at Jay & Wendy's Happy Place. Doran Beach, Bodega Bay. Over the years they shared LOTS of Happy memories with their Grandchildren, Isabella and Matthew, as well as numerous Friends!!!
