Hello my name is Jontae,

I was in a very bad car accident back in October resulting in my right arm and right leg being broken. I have had multiple surgeries on both and have an extended recovery road ahead of me. Although I know I will have a full recovery, I am unable to work indefinitely at this time. I am part of a family of 5 that includes 2 young children. I have applied for and been denied any financial or medical assistance so far and am finally able to start physical therapy which I will have to pay out of pocket. Though I am forever grateful to still be alive, this unexpected journey has been quite difficult in so many ways.
