Hi everyone,

Last week we found a hard lump on Jax’s left side, and after a bunch of vet visits, tests, and blood work, we found out he has skin cancer. We’ve already spent hundreds just trying to figure out what was going on, and now we don’t have enough money for his surgery on January 14th.

This has been really hard, especially because just three months ago we lost my cat Muffin to cancer. Between that and all the vet bills, we’ve completely run out of savings and don’t have enough time to save before Jax’s surgery. We only got the surgery quote yesterday, and after bills, I’ll have about $700 from my one paycheck before then.

The good news is that Jax’s cancer is treatable unlike Muffin’s was. The vet said removing the tumor should take care of it, and he should be okay. We just need help getting him there.

I feel really bad asking for help, especially around Christmas when everyone is already tight on money, but if anyone can donate even a couple of dollars or share this, it would honestly mean so much to me. Every little bit helps.
