I'm raising money for the family of Jaxon Smith who sadly died on Friday 23rd may age 14.
Jaxon suffered with muscular dystrophy, a very cruel disease affecting boys.
He was such a happy, cheeky and very determined young man, he made us all laugh everything we saw him.
Jaxon and his family have showed so much bravery during his short life.
As a family they have suffered so much but never complained.
- Matthew and Raelene cared for Jaxon 24 hours a day without any help, while also caring for another 3 children.
I starting this fundraiser to help this wonderful family with funeral costs and to support them over the next few months at this very sad time.
