Hi friends, family, and supporters!  We are reaching out to anyone who has had to deal with a life threatening disease that was totally unexpected, and needed your assistance.  We have a very good friend, Jerry Przybylski, who is going through a very challenging time as he just found out he has a very rare form of cancer called Cholangiocarcinoma.  Jerry is a family man who with his loving wife Tonya have 4 incredible sons, Trey, CJ, Max, and Coop.  Jerry has never asked for anything, except for how can I serve the community of Bolingbrook, AND HE DOES through volunteering for numerous community activities.  If you know anything about Jerry, he is a fighter and will not give up.  We are asking for your assistance, so that Jerry can continue the great work to the community and his loving family.  Will you please join us in supporting Jerry and Tonya during this time. They will be traveling to Texas to see specialized doctors for this rare cancer for follow ups and scans as Jerry undergoes Immunotherapy infusions every other week for the next two years.
