Jawahir's Cancer Treatment

Jawahir has been battling breast cancer for six months. Just before the civil war in Sudan she travelled to Cairo for an initial surgery and subsequent chemo therapy. Jawahir is from Elrahad, North Kordofan was a Psychology PhD in Khartoum, Sudan working in the research department for the Ministry of Education before the war and was struggling to finance her treatment and living costs along with the living costs of her elderly mother as the only working person in the family along with her sister.

After the outbreak of the war and as Jawahir's treatment has progressed she can no longer afford her cancer treatment, her rent in Cairo, to extend her visa in Egypt, and with both the income of her and her family friends drying up in the war the situation is dire. The current battle is to help Jawahir continue her chemo therapy, to help stabilize her living situation, and to stop the exacerbation of stress and tension already caused by the destruction of Sudan. There's no return or recourse home for Jawahir.
