We’re turning to our family and friends to help us raise funds for surgery for our 14-year-old daughter Jazzy.

Her lower jaw is woefully underdeveloped which has caused a massive overbite and creates daily challenges for her speech and eating. She has knocked her front adult teeth out several times because this leaves her susceptible to knocks.

For the past 18 months, the UBC orthodontic hospital in Vancouver has been preparing her teeth so that her jaw can be broken and reset. She is due to have surgery in January and the bill will come to $4500.

Unfortunately, we can't afford this due to our own ongoing financial difficulties, yet if we have to delay, there will be serious complications for Jazzy. 

We’re turning to you to see if you can help us. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be amazing and be a part of enabling Jazzy to have this important surgery. We need to pay our first installment of $2000 on Dec 27th, so time is tight.
