Hi, my name is Jazmine and I’m a survivor of a suicide attempt of a Facial Gun Shot wound that took place on January 8th of 2023. This incident that happened has changed my life and I’m in a positive mindset to be typing this now. I’m grateful to be alive and still telling my story. There are more photos I’ll share and more to explain. Within this fundraiser I wish to raise as much money as I can to cover the cost of Maxillary Facial Reconstruction for the areas that were dismantled when the gun fired.
