Javy's Leukemia Treatments

My stepfather Javy was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia in February 2017. He will have to undergo chemotherapy for three consecutive days a month for up to six months and resume treatment about every five years. Unfortunately, my parents will have to take a lot of unpaid time off of work in order for Javy to receive treatment. But related expenses are piling up quickly and will easily become insurmountable without some financial assistance.

Anyone who has ever met Javy and my mother knows that they are two of the most giving, selfless people in the world. They have served their community for years (police dispatch, EMS) and would give the shirts off of their backs to help someone in need without asking for anything in return. So now it's our time to show them the same kindness and compassion in their time of need.

Any and all donations will go directly to my family to offset the cost of medical copays, supplies to keep Javy comfortable, gas, tolls, utilities, rent, lost wages, and anything necessary to aid them during this difficult time.
