My name is morgan belisle and I was a classmate of Javi's since sixth grade. He was killed in a fatal car crash last night(05-08-21). He was widely known at Washington High School where he was involved in football and wrestling throughout his years at WHS. Javi was taken too soon at the age of 17 and he will be dearly missed.
