Javier Quiroz-Landa Sr.'s Funeral Expenses
Donation protected
Hello everyone. My name is Javier Quiroz Jr., and I am in need of help with my father's untimely passing. My father was my Superman, like most fathers are to their sons. He did his best for my brothers, and I growing up. In his last couple years of life, I moved him in with me when he had nowhere else to go. In exchange he helped me out a lot around the house, and especially with his grandchildren. I am grateful that in his last couple years of life that he was able to have a bond with his granddaughter and his grandson. He was a fragile diabetic, going to dialysis three times a week. We had a few close calls with his health, but he always pulled though. On Tuesday, December 21, 2021, I woke up and found my father in the middle of the staircase. I called 911, and carried my father to the living room, and began chest compressions. When the fire department relieved me from applying chest compressions, they attempted to open my father's mouth to apply oxygen. My father's jaw was stiff, and the firefighter turned to me and said, "The stiffness in your father's jaw is rigor mortis setting in. I'm sorry for your loss". I was never prepared to hear those words. Life hit me hard. It rocked me hard, but I'm not defeated. I humbly ask you to help me with whatever you can for my father's service expense. Thank you all for your time. I appreciate all of you for being in my corner.
