My name is Jaquan Perch, brother of Javien Perch; with heartbreaking sadness, I am raising funds for Javien's funeral. On April 6th, 2023 our family suffered an unthinkable, devastating loss. Javien was only 19 years old and had yet to enjoy the fruits of life. He was often described as fun, outgoing, and respectful, someone who enjoyed making people laugh and smile. Javien enjoyed making music, spending time with his brothers, and doing what teens do before they take on the world. Details of his premature demise have yet to be divulged by the authorities as the investigation is ongoing.
