Javian Molina - Walk by faith, not by sight!
Donation protected
Javian Molina Jr, "Javie" is a 23 year old recent amputee and is learning to live life differently.
Javie was involved in a motorcycle accident and ended up needing emergency surgery to try to save his leg and most importantly his life. Doctors did everything they could to try to save his leg but sadly resulted in having to amputate his leg to save his life.
Life will never be the same but ultimately he has been given the chance to live life again. This has truly showed our family and most importantly Javie, to walk by faith not by sight.
Medical expenses (doctors co pays, physical therapy, medications, etc.) are exceeding parents monthly income, as Javie can't work at the moment. Adjustments around the home are needed to begin this new lifestyle and make things easier on him.
Most importantly the out of pocket cost with insurance on a prosthetic leg is very expensive. The price of a new prosthetic leg can cost anywhere from $5,000 to $50,000. But even the most expensive prosthetic limbs are built to withstand only three to five years of wear and tear, meaning they will need to be replaced over the course of a lifetime, and they're not a one-time cost.
Any amount of donation would greatly be appreciated as every little bit will help with all the expenses that will continue to come. Thank you so much for your continued prayers, calls, text, support, may God bless you.
