Brian Carty Memorial Cycle
Donation protected
On the 25th of May a number of people, including myself, will be taking to the roads for a charity cycle from Athlone to Galway in memory of my cousin, Brian Carty, and to raise funds for the South Westmeath Hospice and the trojan work they do.
Brian battled with cancer for almost two years, and braved every part of his journey with an unparalleled grit and determination. In the last few months of his time with us, the palliative care team of the South Westmeath Hospice came into our lives and to them our family will be forever grateful. We hope that this cycle will raise funds and awareness for the Hospice to keep powering on with their work.
I am delighted that I get to part-take in this cycle and gathering of people for such a great cause, and would be extremely grateful for any donations you can give, small or big, to arrive at my goal of €1,000.
Thanks,
Ben
