Jason's Fight Against AML Leukemia
Donation protected
Jason Aiello is a 16yr old boy that has been battling AML Leukemia for the last two years. Jason's family and friends have been by his side supporting him and fighting with him throughout this time.
Jason has been treated by some of the most prestigious medical facilities for his conditon begining with NYU and, then transferred to Memorial Sloan Kettering. Jason is currently under MSK's care but, due to limited treatment options his family has decided to seek care elsewhere.
At this time, there isn't much the hospital is willing to try outside of chemotherapy, which has been a double edge sword for Jason. As many of us have witnessed in our own experiences, conventional medicine has limits and can also do more damage while trying to do good (chemo).
Jason has been inpatient at MSK since September, he has not been able to go home. Jason and his famil have spent the last two holidays and, now Christmas in MSK.
At this point, Jason and his family have made a deicison to pursue hollistic and natural therapies that can INCREASE his chances of survival. They have traveled the conventional cancer treatment road for the last two years and have not seen the results they had hoped for.
Some of these hollistic and natural treatments include daily IV infusions and oxygen treaments, Many of these promising therapies are not covered by any health insurance and, thats the reason they aren't offered to patients. The research behind these therapies have demonstrated significant improvement for a patients quality of life and, higher chances of survival. Donations will be put towards continued care for Jason.
Every dollar you donate increases Jason's chances of living the full life he was meant to have.
Be a hero and donate to Jason's life..
On behalf of the Miglino and Aiello family we want to say Merry Christmas and thank you in advance for donating to Jason's life.
